At Renemies Lab OPC Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, secure, and reliable manner. Because every piece we create—from our core collection to custom-printed designs—is crafted to meet high quality standards, we work with leading logistics partners across India to ensure your package reaches you safely.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Standard & Custom Orders: Since each customized T-shirt goes through design verification, printing, and quality check phases, processing typically takes 2 to 3 business days before dispatch.
  • Bulk or Complex Customizations: For high-volume B2B orders or intricate custom requests, estimated processing times will be communicated directly by our support team prior to production.
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

  • Shipping Charges: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across India, unless stated otherwise at checkout for express delivery requests.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 8 to 10 business days depending on your pin code and location.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote regions or tier-3 cities may occasionally require an additional 2 to 3 days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time via our courier partner's portal.

4. Address Verification & Unforeseen Delays

  • Accurate Information: Please ensure your full shipping address, pin code, and contact phone number are entered correctly at checkout. Renemies Lab OPC Private Limited is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control—such as severe weather, regional transport disruptions, or peak festive season delays. We appreciate your patience in such rare instances.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears visibly tampered with or damaged from the outside, please do not accept the delivery. Take a photo/video of the outer packaging and contact our support team immediately at support@renemieslab.in or WhatsApp: +91-9660186752 so we can resolve the issue promptly.
